ACTICO worked with a large Singaporean bank that employs more than 1,000 sales personnel and channel partners across Asia and the Pacific. The bank’s incentive calculations for products such as credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, and wealth management were being handled manually in Excel by the finance team, making the process error-prone, inefficient, and prone to payment delays.

ACTICO implemented its Decision Management Platform to automate incentive calculation and management in batch mode on weekly, monthly, and half-yearly cycles with no human intervention. The solution supports more than 400 flow rules and multiple incentive types, publishes calculated values to the bank’s data warehouse, and improves the timeliness and accuracy of disbursals, internal reporting, and audits. As a result, ACTICO helped reduce errors and faulty payments, increase calculation speed and efficiency, and make it easier to change logic for new incentive structures or partners.
