To accelerate insight and enable real‑time business actions, ADEO renewed and extended its partnership with Actian, standardizing on Ingres for transactional workloads and Vectorwise for high‑speed analytics, and exploring Actian’s Action Apps to automate responses to live data events (for example, location‑based promotions). The solution aims to turn large, complex datamarts into an action‑enabled enterprise, improving business efficiency and delivering faster, more practical data insight for its retailers.
