TE21 is an education company that provides assessments, intervention, and professional development for schools and districts. As the business grew, its manual Excel/QuickBooks processes became slow, error-prone, and unable to scale; the company needed a true quote-to-cash workflow that tied sales activity to billing, collections, and reporting.
TE21 implemented NetSuite and Salesforce and used the Actian Connector to integrate them, creating an automated quote-to-cash process. The integration (completed in six months) eliminated manual handoffs, saved about 20 hours per week, delivered real-time reporting and more accurate pipeline visibility, and improved operational efficiency roughly equivalent to a part-time accountant.
