How Wymara Elevated the Guest Experience and Enhanced Staff Performance

Wymara, a luxury resort and villas in Turks & Caicos led by Brendan O’Neill, needed a more robust, flexible guest services solution as guest expectations rose with higher ADRs and premium stays. They selected Actabl and implemented ALICE by Actabl to replace a limited concierge tool and give staff an intuitive, transferrable platform tailored to luxury operations.

Actabl deployed three ALICE modules (Guest Services, Service Delivery, Guest Messaging) to provide visibility, streamlined request tracking, quick onboarding and seamless team communication. The ALICE by Actabl rollout produced strong staff adoption, helped Wymara handle 15,720 guest requests in the past year, simplified onboarding with recorded training, and is being expanded with Housekeeping and Transcendent to track and reward associate performance—delivering measurable gains in consistency and responsiveness.
