DuPont Protection Technologies Increases Visibility and Market Share

DuPont Protection Technologies, a business unit of DuPont, needed a way to better manage a complex global supply chain spanning more than 125 third-party manufacturing and distribution partners. Working with Acsis, the company set out to improve end-to-end visibility, standardize partner interaction with SAP, and provide a simple web-based, menu-driven interface that required no SAP training or local software.

The solution improved supply chain visibility and control, reduced errors, increased customer satisfaction, and helped DuPont gain market share; the company also reported a 28% increase in gross cash flow in the year the solution went live.
