Church Finds A New Way For Guest Follow-Up

First Baptist Concord, a multigenerational church in Knoxville, Tennessee, wanted a better way to connect with its growing congregation and reach out to the community. The leadership team struggled with an old database system and a manual guest follow-up process that made it hard to ensure visitors were not missed. ACS Technologies provided the Realm ministry management platform to help solve these challenges.

With ACS Technologies’ Realm software, First Baptist Concord used the Pathways feature to build a standardized guest follow-up process and guide new visitors who decided to join.
