Church Discovers New Way to Track Discipleship

First Baptist Church of Woodbridge, a 135-year-old church with 1,300 to 1,500 attendees each Sunday, needed a better way to care for its congregation and track discipleship across busy weekly events, meetings, and three services. As the church shifted toward a more mobile, 21st-century approach, it turned to ACS Technologies and moved from ACS to Realm in early 2018 to support its ministry needs.

ACS Technologies implemented Realm with the Pathways feature so the church could organize and monitor its discipleship process through four pathways: discovering, deepening, doing, and discipling. The solution improved communication for pastoral staff and leadership, and the church reported 780 individuals following at least one pathway, helping First Baptist Church of Woodbridge strengthen its discipleship efforts and ministry impact.
