Nuffield Health, the UK’s largest not-for-profit healthcare provider, was struggling with fragmented customer data spread across hospitals, gyms, and health assessments. These silos made it difficult to create a single customer view, produce business-critical reports, and support its “Connected Health” strategy, while its legacy tech stack was becoming costly and outdated. Acrotrend worked with Nuffield Health to assess its data landscape, business needs, and analytics gaps, including the use of Snowflake, Talend, Tableau, and Power BI.
