VMotion IT Solutions to add new managed cybersecurity services with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud

VMotion IT Solutions, an Irish managed service provider, faced the challenge of lacking a standardized managed cybersecurity offering while its customers moved large numbers of remote workers and off-network workloads. To fill this gap the company partnered with Acronis and began evaluating Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud alongside its existing Acronis backup and cybersecurity products, seeking an easy-to-use, centrally managed solution for endpoint protection and secure file sharing.

Acronis implemented Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud — an integrated, AI-enhanced platform combining backup, anti-malware, vulnerability scanning, patch management and centralized management — allowing VMotion IT to onboard and manage remote endpoints (one customer example: ~200 endpoints), offer secure file-sharing options, simplify operations and reporting, and launch a new managed security service that produces additional revenue and helps win new business.
