Stratosphere Quality Relies on Acronis for Сomplete Hybrid Cyber Protection

Stratosphere Quality, the world’s largest provider of quality assurance and outsourcing solutions, faced a critical business continuity challenge: its Dell AppAssure backups were local-only and cloud recovery was slow and unreliable, leaving the company vulnerable to a data center outage and unable to meet its under‑four‑hour RTO. After evaluating options, Stratosphere Quality selected Acronis — specifically Acronis Cloud Storage and Acronis Disaster Recovery Service — to provide secure hybrid backup and fast disaster recovery.

Acronis deployed a hybrid solution that performs local and cloud backups, replicates systems to an on‑site appliance and the Acronis Cloud, and enables rapid failover and testing. The Acronis implementation reduced Stratosphere Quality’s recovery time from more than 12 hours to under four hours, protected its environment (including 1,700 users, 40 VMs and 850 workstations), improved user experience, and established repeatable DR processes.
