Reline Services LTD is an Israel-based managed service provider with 20 employees that pivoted to cloud-first offerings and needed a centralized, cloud-based backup portfolio to serve SMBs, enterprises and a reseller channel. The company sought a solution to replace time-consuming tape backups for customers like Moroccan Oil Ltd., support multiple workloads (VMs, servers, Exchange, AD, SQL), and provide centralized control and cloud storage — requirements that led them to evaluate and select Acronis and its Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud.

Reline Services LTD deployed Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud for centralized management, hybrid on‑prem/cloud backups, and built-in Acronis Active Protection ransomware defenses, enabling quick restores to original or new destinations. The result: Moroccan Oil migrated off tape to cloud backups, Reline now protects over 100 TB (covering 138 VMs and 31 servers) across dozens of customers, achieved faster recoveries and ransomware protection, and plans to double protected data to more than 200 TB with Acronis.
