Linten Technologies migrates to Cyber Backup Cloud Acronis to streamline operational efficiencies

Linten Technologies, a Manchester-based IT services firm, needed to move off its aging Ahsay backup platform, stop managing hardware, and gain better support, reporting and integrations with WHMCS and ConnectWise. After evaluating several vendors, Linten selected Acronis and adopted Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud to meet requirements for modern reporting, bare-metal and SQL backups, and white‑labeling.

Acronis delivered a cloud-hosted backup service with WHMCS/ConnectWise integration, seeding for large datasets, and white‑label branding (“TrustBackup powered by Acronis”), enabling a proper 3-2-1 strategy and restores to dissimilar hardware. The six-month migration now protects about 10 TB across ~60 clients (roughly 59 customers and 500+ workstations), delivering faster backups/restores, improved visibility, operational efficiencies, and day‑one profitability through a pay-as-you-go model.
