Joe’s Datacenter Improves its Cyber Protection Posture with Acronis Cyber Cloud

Joe’s Datacenter, an independent datacenter services provider in Kansas City, faced major cyber-protection gaps—limited antivirus options on its predominantly Linux infrastructure, no integrated backup, and frequent client storage failures—while supporting MSP partners. To close those gaps it chose Acronis Cyber Cloud (including Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud and Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud) to deliver multi-OS protection, centralized backup, and multi-tenant/white-label capabilities.

Acronis implemented a single, multi-tenant platform with hybrid on‑prem/cloud backups, integrated anti-malware, and a unified management console, enabling Joe’s to protect its own environment and offer turnkey services to MSPs. As a result Joe’s now protects 200 workstations, 71 servers, 112 virtual machines and over 250 TB of hybrid cloud storage, achieved immediate profitability with pay-as-you-go billing, and can provide MSP partners better margins and flexible restore options through Acronis.
