Intratech Net Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based systems integrator and MSP that supports clients like ONG&ONG, faced growing data-protection and productivity challenges: cloud migration (including Microsoft 365), limitations with legacy Veritas and Arcserve backups, AnyDesk remote‑access issues, time‑consuming manual patching across 700+ workloads, and strict PDPA/compliance requirements. Intratech Net implemented Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud—using Acronis Advanced Backup and Acronis RMM—to provide immutable and encrypted backups, Microsoft 365 protection, automated patch management and remote desktop/assistance. Acronis eliminated manual patching, removed the need for many on‑site visits, and consolidated backup management for roughly 1,000 workloads, 600 Microsoft Backup users and 20 TB of data, improving operational efficiency and enabling Intratech Net to migrate most clients onto Acronis solutions.
