HRM Technologies selects Acronis and improves recovery speed by over 75%

HRM Technologies, an Indian IT service provider, faced instability and inefficiency with its previous backup tools while needing support for critical workloads (SQL, Oracle), bare‑metal restores, and service‑provider features like client self‑service and billing integration. To address these requirements, HRM evaluated multiple vendors and selected Acronis — specifically Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud — as a single, consolidated solution to protect its diverse hybrid environment.

Acronis implemented Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud across HRM’s estate, protecting nearly 1,500 endpoints, over 100 servers and about 20 TB of data, while providing centralized management, flexible licensing, and integrated security, DLP, email security and RMM. The deployment improved RTO by over 75% (from nearly a day to 2–4 hours), reduced CapEx/OpEx, enabled proactive backup monitoring, and helped HRM grow new customers by roughly 10% each month.
