CloudFire, an Italian cloud services startup, needed a reliable Backup-as-a-Service (Backup Smart) offering that resellers could trust. The result was a highly reliable BaaS platform with proactive monitoring and stronger reseller relationships; Acronis enabled CloudFire to achieve an RPO of 5 minutes and an RTO of 15 minutes, while improving recovery reliability and operational efficiency.
