eApps Migrates from R1Soft to Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud

eApps, a CloudScale365 managed hosting provider serving more than 2,000 customers, needed to replace R1Soft after being locked into increasing annual contract commitments and finding the solution lacked enterprise features like incremental backups, clean MySQL/MariaDB backups, frequent scheduling, fast recoveries, and file/folder exclusion. To address those requirements, eApps chose Acronis and deployed Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud.

Acronis implemented its channel-friendly, pay-as-you-go Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud with automated provisioning, a single management portal and built‑in Acronis Active Protection anti-ransomware. The six-month migration now protects 100 TB across 350 customers and 900 servers, aligns costs to revenue, reduces administrative labor through an easier UI and WHMCS integration, and made Acronis the primary and only backup solution for eApps.
