Diadem solves technical and commercial challenges by selecting Acronis Cyber Cloud

Diadem Technologies, an ISO27001-certified cloud service provider offering IaaS, PaaS and DRaaS, faced frequent backup failures, non‑scalable and resource‑hungry storage, no bare‑metal-to-VM recovery option, and restrictive multi‑year licensing that prevented offering BaaS to clients. To address these technical and commercial shortcomings, Diadem evaluated options and selected Acronis (deploying Acronis Cyber Cloud) with support from MSP partner ZNetLive.

Acronis Cyber Cloud gave Diadem a single centralized console supporting 20+ platforms, hybrid backup/recovery, “restore as a VM,” and flexible PAYG/GB/device pricing so Diadem could launch BaaS and DRaaS. With Acronis, backup failures fell from 20% to 0%, storage compression improved from ~20% to ~60% (a ~3x gain) reducing storage costs, agent impact was minimal, and new revenue streams and favorable commercial terms were enabled.
