Acronis opened its APIs and delivered deep integrations and Marketplace connectivity that enable automated provisioning, end-of-month API-driven billing, automated ticket creation for failed backups or quota issues, remote agent installs/updates, and built‑in anti‑ransomware protection. The result: simplified procurement (Acronis is now purchasable directly through ConnectWise Marketplace), time savings for MSPs, improved visibility into backup and security posture, and steady growth for Acronis within the ConnectWise ecosystem.
