Panda Technology, a managed service provider supporting more than 3,000 end users in regulated industries such as legal, accounting, and health care, needed to reduce inefficiencies caused by disconnected systems, multiple vendor platforms, and manual processes. Using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud as its backbone, the company sought a more centralized way to manage tenant creation, quota alignment, deployments, incident visibility, and technician access.
Acronis implemented integrated PSA, RMM, security, and identity capabilities to automate workflows, deploy agents and security profiles, and route alerts directly into PSA tickets for faster triage. The result was a major boost in efficiency: Panda Technology cut troubleshooting time from about one hour to five to 10 minutes, an improvement of over 600%, while also eliminating redundant logins, automating endpoint protection, and enabling seamless customer migrations with no disruption.
