Cloud aggregator Altitude Sync delivers the power of native Acronis RMM to MSPs

Altitude Sync, a Cape Town-based cloud aggregator, works with managed service providers (MSPs) to help them deliver cybersecurity and cloud services more efficiently. Their challenge was that MSPs were juggling too many disparate tools, which increased operational complexity, slowed resolution times, and kept growth flat. To address this, Altitude Sync partnered with Acronis and focused on Acronis RMM as part of the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platform.

Acronis RMM gave Altitude Sync’s MSPs a single console for remote monitoring and management, combining patch management, vulnerability assessments, secure remote access, backup, Microsoft 365 management, and scripting. The results were strong: one customer more than doubled revenue within months, Altitude Sync doubled growth from October 2023 to October 2024, added another 25% by December 2024, and then grew 35% from February to March 2025. Acronis helped reduce tool sprawl, improve productivity, and increase profitability without adding complexity or cost.
