Computers at Work, a managed service provider based in Taupo, New Zealand, needed a simpler and more reliable way to manage client backup and cybersecurity after reevaluating its services post-pandemic. Acronis implemented a single, easy-to-manage platform that combines backup and comprehensive cybersecurity, including EDR and XDR, for cloud services like Microsoft 365 as well as on-premises servers and workstations. The result was faster backups through a New Zealand-based Acronis data centre, improved security that helped clients qualify for cyber insurance, and simpler administration from one interface.
