SPC protects National Maritime Museum in Poland

Maritime Culture Center, a branch of the National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk, Poland, needed a scalable intrusion and embedded access-control system to protect extensive permanent and temporary exhibitions—including the “People‑Ships‑Ports” interactive room and the “Boats of People of the World” collection. acre security was engaged to deliver a robust, expandable security solution capable of covering more than 400 alarm zones, 55 areas, and 25 doors.

acre security implemented an SPC intrusion platform (SPC6300) with 38 input expanders (SPCE652), 18 two‑door expanders (SPCA210), 13 keypads (SPCK420) and 5 RF expanders (SPCW130), plus wireless receivers and detectors for temporary displays. The system met the museum’s security expectations, enabled protection of exhibits in temporary exhibitions, and now reliably covers 400+ zones, 55 areas and 25 doors—providing measurable, institution‑wide security improvements thanks to acre security’s installation and programming support.
