To meet these requirements they specified the cloud-based Vanderbilt ACT365 platform and engaged vendor acre security to deliver a scalable, API-friendly solution that would simplify administration and support future integrations.

acre security implemented ACT365 across the site, upgrading 17 doors and installing dedicated external ACT PRO MF1030E proximity readers at fire muster points to enable real‑time app-based mustering and exemption reporting. The deployment removed server infrastructure, gave managers intuitive remote control via smartphone, tightened area access, and improved health & safety through faster, more accurate evacuation accounting — measurable outcomes include the 17‑door upgrade and automated mustering reports.
