A acre security Case Study
Dublin Airport, Ireland’s busiest airport, needed to upgrade the administrative offices supporting its aircraft maintenance operations and to install a new security system to control access through 25 doors. acre security was engaged to provide the access control solution, deploying an Entro access control system centered on an Entro segment controller paired with a standard PC.
acre security implemented the Entro segment controller with 25 door control modules (one per door); the controller supports up to 32 doors, stores the complete cardholder database, and each door controller supports two readers for entry and exit, includes an integrated status display and an anti-tamper switch. The result is centrally managed, auditable access across all 25 doors, simplified installation and maintenance, and built-in capacity for future expansion by acre security.
