Mentholatum Co. Ltd, one of the UK’s largest pharmaceutical companies, needed a new access control and fire mustering system for one of its UK plants. The company wanted a flexible solution that could integrate with current and future systems, let users access multiple systems with a single badge, and improve site security, restricted access, and health and safety reporting. acre security implemented ACT365, a fully cloud-based access control platform with a user-friendly API, mobile app management, and fire alarm mustering reporting. The solution also included proximity readers to automatically register personnel at muster points and create exemption lists. As a result, Mentholatum improved security across the plant, simplified evacuation management, and strengthened fire safety and health reporting from one integrated platform.
