ACTpro the Right Calculation for Accountancy Firm

Pinfields Accountants, a firm founded in 1938 that moved into a new 5,500 sq ft office in August 2009, needed to restrict and remotely control access to their front door, track who entered and left the building, implement time-and-attendance, and provide internal and external surveillance. Working with acre security, the solution centered on Vanderbilt’s ACTpro 3000 access controller and the ACTentry V‑IP audio/video door entry system to meet these requirements.

acre security implemented ACTpro 3000 with key fob entry to log exact entry and exit times (providing an auditable time-and-attendance record) and ACTentry V‑IP so staff can view and speak to visitors and remotely open the door from any PC. The deployment delivered centralized access control, real-time visitor verification, and recorded access logs—reducing unauthorized entry risk and supplying measurable attendance data for payroll and security audits.
