Acquisio Trading Desk worked with an online payment processing retailer that was struggling to make display advertising cost‑effective across international markets. The retailer needed to reach more relevant audiences, stretch a limited budget and meet CPA and CPM targets, so Acquisio (via its Acquisio Trading Desk service, integrated with The Trade Desk) was engaged to manage and optimize their display campaigns.

Acquisio Trading Desk implemented region‑specific campaign segmentation and mix of tactics — channel and behavioral targeting, site‑wide/first‑bucket retargeting, household extension and Facebook rail retargeting — to place and bid more effectively. The vendor drove overall CPAs down to about $268–$275 (below the $400 target), reduced CPMs to $0.86–$1.40 (up to 86% below goal) and cut cost per conversion by roughly 31–33%, enabling the retailer to reinvest savings and generate substantially more conversions.
