The Cosmopolitan, a luxury hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip, faced significant challenges with its outdated and fragmented digital signage systems. Its existing setup required operators to manage up to seven different programs, a process that was time-consuming, expensive, and prevented the hotel from displaying dynamic, real-time content for high-profile guests and third-party venues. Acquire Digital implemented their advanced software to centralize control of the entire network, drastically simplifying content management with a user-friendly, drag-and-drop interface. The solution enabled real-time updates and allowed for secure, partitioned control for third parties. A key measurable result was that Acquire Digital's technology reduced the number of required media players by more than half from nearly 70, while also enabling a single player to output multiple 4K videos simultaneously.
