The solution featured live 3D maps with turn-by-turn directions and integrated with Simon's data to avoid duplicate entry. The successful rollout across 95 malls improved navigation, allowed shoppers to send routes to their mobile devices, and created new opportunities for advertising and customer engagement, providing a strong return on investment.
