VNU Vacature Media needed to move its business weekly Intermediair from print-plus-digital to an all-digital career site after being acquired by De Persgroep. The project required integration with sister newspaper sites, targeted content delivery, content review and new online tools — all on an aggressive 10‑week timeline to build a new platform, migrate content and implement a redesign.
VNU partnered with Acquia for a technical account manager, hands-on support, tailored workshops, and hosting and monitoring configuration, plus introductions to similar clients for best practices. The site relaunched on schedule with all planned features; within six months traffic rose ~50% year-over-year and job views doubled, helped by tight integration with De Persgroep sites.
