Stage Entertainment, one of the world’s largest theatre producers and owners, needed a more cohesive and personalized digital experience across its theatre websites. Its previous sites were inconsistent and confusing for customers, making it harder to turn interest into ticket sales. Stage Entertainment partnered with Acquia to create a centralized website approach using Drupal on Acquia Cloud Platform and Acquia Personalization.

Using its Anastasia production as a proof of concept, Stage Entertainment and Acquia, with Inviqa, launched the new site in six weeks. The results were strong: conversions increased by an average of 250%, orders rose 638%, visits increased 57%, and time on site grew 101%, while load time and bounce rate each dropped by nearly half.
