Acquia, together with Digital Echidna, helped Napoleon migrate and consolidate its sites onto a single Drupal-based platform and implement Acquia Personalization to unify content and data. The new site improved performance and reliability, boosting domain authority by five points, cutting page load times from 7.8 seconds to under 3 seconds, and raising uptime to 99.9%. It also enabled targeted multilingual content, personalized experiences, and more effective promotions by product and region.
