Enterprise Bank & Trust, a longtime financial services provider, needed to modernize its marketing and customer experience as customer expectations and regulatory needs became more complex. The bank wanted to collect better data, break down silos between marketing and sales, and deliver more personalized content across its regional audiences. It worked with Acquia on a digital transformation initiative, including a new Drupal website.
Acquia helped Enterprise Bank & Trust build personas, map the sales process to the buyer journey, and launch a rebranded website centered on customer journey management. The new site improved relevance and reduced friction, while also integrating CRM and interaction tracking. Results included 97% growth in new users from 2018 to 2019, a 26% increase in contact form submissions, and a doubling of MQLs sent to sales year over year.
