Fujirebio, a global Japanese in vitro diagnostics (IVD) company, acquired Belgium’s Innogenetics and faced the challenge of unifying two strong customer bases while boosting digital engagement and lead generation. Their legacy homegrown CMS could not support the rebrand, integrations with CRM and marketing automation, or the scalability needed to support Fujirebio Europe’s international growth.
They rebuilt the public site in Drupal, launched a gated eServices area, added Google Analytics for KPI tracking, and moved to Acquia Cloud with 24x7 Pro Plus support—implemented with partner D’M&S. The new, scalable platform integrated with Marketo and Salesforce, improved site performance and lead capture, and enabled a smooth cross-channel rebrand that supported increased traffic and international expansion.
