The Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA), Australia's largest marketing association, needed to modernize its member-facing digital experience after moving away from a direct-mail tradition. A fragmented digital stack—separate systems for course and event bookings, payments, and weak Salesforce integration—prevented ADMA from understanding customer journeys and delivering one-to-one, data-driven marketing.
ADMA rebuilt its site on Drupal and the Acquia platform, integrated its LMS, CRM and eCommerce, and used Acquia Lift with persona-driven audience segments to collect behavioral data and run dynamic tests. In under 18 months ADMA launched a unified site and ADMA IQ, began personalized experiences, saw a 90% uplift in homepage engagement and a 16% increase on event pages, and improved conversions and targeted marketing through a test-and-learn personalization approach.
