By implementing the Widen Collective and working with Widen on metadata, UX, and the Portals app, USF created a searchable, brand-controlled DAM that supports detailed video workflows, spotlight searches, and easy external delivery. The result: turnaround moved from two weeks to on-demand, departments access brand-approved assets quickly, collaboration with outside agencies is more efficient, and marketing messages are distributed consistently.
