Renewal by Andersen, the window replacement subsidiary of Andersen Corporation, needed a central, searchable location for marketing materials after files were scattered across servers, hard drives, and an unwieldy ad builder. That fragmentation made assets hard to find, threatened brand consistency, and led some affiliate retailers to use their own unauthorized photos for local advertising.
They implemented the Widen Collective DAM with Tint integration to centralize product photography, videos, logos and user-generated content, and set six user roles to control retailer access by product and region. The result: affiliate retailers gain fast self-service access to approved assets, marketing can surface customer photos with permissions, and Widen Insights provides usage data that proves assets are being used and preserves brand consistency.
