PRADCO Outdoor Brands, a division of EBSCO Industries that houses well-known hunting and fishing labels, manages more than 5,000 product SKUs used across marketing and e‑commerce. Their brand assets were locked in a creative‑team‑only system and product details were maintained in error‑prone spreadsheets, causing slow, manual responses and inconsistent product listings.

PRADCO deployed Acquia DAM (2015) and Acquia PIM (2021) to centralize assets, product data and marketing copy for teams across the company, replacing spreadsheets with customizable product profiles and channel‑specific exports. The change enabled self‑serve access for ~41 users, sped cross‑team workflows, reduced errors through approval workflows, and streamlined distribution to hundreds of retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Bass Pro, etc.), producing more accurate, retail‑ready product pages.
