JL Audio, a high-end audio manufacturer, faced slow, manual distribution of product images, videos and sales documents to its network of regional dealers, reps and international distributors. Asset requests were handled ad hoc, launches were delayed, and inconsistent in-store usage hurt brand presentation.

They implemented the Widen Media Collective, with in-house admin Andrew Sheehy managing uploads, metadata and role-based permissions and Widen guiding the initial setup. The DAM centralized branded images, PDFs and looped videos, grew to about 500 active users, eliminated duplicate fulfillment requests, sped product launches, improved brand consistency across dealers, and made catalogs and assets easily available on mobile.
