Mercury Marine undertook a major corporate rebrand and needed a way to roll out new logos and assets consistently to media, dealers, boatbuilders and partners around the world. The company faced inconsistent global representation, multilingual user needs, and the challenge of migrating users off an older asset system while keeping everyone aligned to new brand standards.
Mercury implemented Widen’s Media Collective DAM, redirecting the old DAM, removing outdated assets, and surfacing the Mercury Brand Style Guide in the new system. The intuitive interface and admin notifications drove adoption, enabled regional teams to localize collateral quickly, and dramatically improved global brand consistency—so much so that Mercury reported smooth rollout and no negative feedback after a year.
