HARMAN implemented Acquia DAM (Widen) alongside a PIM, choosing a SaaS DAM for ease of use and global access, and linked assets to product IDs with metadata, embed codes and upload profiles. The integrated DAM–PIM workflow created a single source of truth with automatic online updates, self‑serve access to signed‑off assets, faster time to market, improved brand consistency, and measurable engagement (174K embed views in the past 12 months across 21 languages).
