EBSCO selected Acquia DAM and connected it to Drupal 8 and Acquia Cloud Site Factory, adding SSO and a brand-portal front end so teams could self-register and access assets on mobile. The centralized DAM made uploading and tagging 3x faster, enabled content authors to add 10–20 assets per week, attracted 500+ self-registered users, cut down support tickets, allowed single-source updates across sites, and improved cross-team collaboration and international scaling.
