Dorel successfully manages multiple brands using Widen DAM

Dorel’s Cannondale Sports Unlimited (including Cycling Sports Group, Pacific Cycle, SUGOI, Caloi, Cannondale and GT) needed a way to manage thousands of photos and creative assets across premium IBD channels and mass-market lines, keep brand communications consistent, and make approved imagery available to dealers and agencies. Assets were produced centrally (photo shoots in Taiwan) but previously scattered, making findability, version control and distribution slow and error-prone.

They implemented the Widen DAM across all groups, storing final and in-progress assets organized by brand → product → photography → creative, with one internal creative lead curating uploads and tags. Agencies and select dealers can self-serve approved assets, and the system has sped asset reuse across consumer, dealer and internal sites, improved brand consistency, and created measurable workflow efficiencies (with SSO planned to further simplify dealer access).
