CNH Industrial, a multi-brand manufacturer with a large dealer network, struggled for years with scattered physical media, inconsistent naming, and no metadata, making logos, photos, videos and catalogs hard to find and distribute. With four brand-specific admins and thousands of legacy assets, the company needed a scalable way to organize, control access for dealers and agencies, and provide brand-specific entry points for different user groups.
They implemented the Widen Media Collective as a multi-branded DAM with separate skins and URLs, single sign-on, standardized category structures and tightened roles/permissions. The result: a single source of truth that improved search success and sharing, reduced reliance on disparate file stores, streamlined distribution to dealers and teams, and enabled ongoing governance and continuous improvement.
