Acushnet Company, home to the Titleist and FootJoy brands, needed a simpler, more reliable way to get marketing assets to market. Teams across global markets struggled with large files, multiple unconnected systems, inconsistent tagging and a “blind search” for images and ad graphics, which made sharing campaign and product materials confusing for internal teams and retail partners.
Acushnet implemented the Widen Collective DAM to centralize assets, group images into shareable collections, and distribute curated portals via a single link. The system has brought 81,000 assets and 224 users into one accessible location, driving faster, more consistent sharing (about 7.12k portal views in the last 90 days) and easier global adaptation of campaigns — a change the team says has saved time and kept assets on-brand.
