Acushnet, the steward of Titleist and FootJoy, is a global golf-products company whose teams and partners rely on marketing and brand assets across regions. Lacking a centralized system, assets were scattered across devices and tools, leaving teams to perform “blind searches” and often use outdated or off‑brand files.
In 2016 Acushnet implemented Acquia DAM (Widen) — including Assets, Insights, and Portals — to centralize content, enforce role‑based access, and distribute curated asset portals. Insights lets them track usage and quickly remediate issues (for example, identifying and replacing an asset with incorrect legal copy). The result is secure, self‑serve access for global teams, faster campaign rollouts, and more consistent, on‑brand messaging across markets.
