3Shape, a developer of 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software for the dental and audio industries, was growing fast—with over a third of its 1,700 employees focused on product innovation—and struggled to keep global resellers, distributors and service partners supplied with up-to-date marketing, training and product materials.
