Vosges Haut‑Chocolat, founded by Katrina Markoff and known for its luxury, flavor-driven chocolates, generates about $30M in sales through 2,000+ retail outlets, eight company boutiques and its own website. Vosges partnered with AgilOne to unify and analyze customer data and deploy a predictive marketing cloud, starting with segmented abandoned‑cart email campaigns tailored by cart contents and behavior. The initiative revealed new signals behind abandonment, allowed Vosges to identify groups by discount sensitivity (e.g., who converts with 10% vs 20% off), and gave the team actionable insights to move from gut decisions to measurable, targeted marketing.
