How Traeger Grills increased click through rates 400% in 30 days

Traeger Wood Pellet Grills, a new AgilOne customer, needed quick, measurable improvements in email engagement and sales. The challenge was to use customer data to boost open and click rates, lift conversions, and recover abandoned carts after prior untargeted campaigns underperformed.

By applying AgilOne’s predictive marketing and data-driven segmentation, Traeger launched targeted email and abandoned-cart campaigns. Open/click rates rose from 20%/1% to 29%/4%, the abandoned-cart campaign achieved 55% opens and 19% clicks, and conversion rates improved from 0.11% (untargeted) to 0.16% (targeted) and 1.6% (abandoned cart); the abandoned-cart stream is projected to drive about $250K in new sales this year.
